Interesting Article
I have been wrestling with the issue of Presbyterians and formal liturgy. Can Presbyterians incorporate (Anglican) liturgy into their services. This may or may not mean wearing vestments and using all the BCP prayers etc. But I find myself fairly high church when it comes to worship services. So I found a very interesting article on a cool blog called Touchstone Mag. Link follows

New Liturgical Survey
If you are interested in filling out my liturgical survey, please do so by clicking on the Liturgical Survey link on the right of this page. I would like to gather information about different liturgical practices. Hope your celebration of Advent is one filled with hope for the living Savior!

Heidelberg Catechism Q & A #1
A good catechism for Reformation Day or All Saint's Day and certainly everyday.
Question 1. What is thy only comfort in life and death?
Answer: That I with body and soul, both in life and death, am not my own, but belong unto my faithful Saviour Jesus Christ; who, with his precious blood, has fully satisfied for all my sins, and delivered me from all the power of the devil; and so preserves me that without the will of my heavenly Father, not a hair can fall from my head; yea, that all things must be subservient to my salvation, and therefore, by his Holy Spirit, He also assures me of eternal life, and makes me sincerely willing and ready, henceforth, to live unto him.
